Return & Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the purchase date.
  • The product must be unused, unaltered, with the price label intact.
  • Sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
  • Color variations due to monitor differences and lighting are not valid reasons for exchange.
  • Exchange or refund is allowed only for products with manufacturing defects.

Price Adjustments

  • If a product purchased at full price goes on sale, it can be exchanged at the marked-down price.

How to Apply for Return

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
  • Once your return is approved by our customer support team, send the parcel to our Ecommerce Department.
  • For return of the article, please ensure that the item is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Processing Time

  • We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receipt.
  • During busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
